Bradley Grievson
|
Bradley Grievson (b. 1986, Milton Keynes) studied Fine Art at Chelsea College and is currently completing an MA at the Royal Academy Schools. Grievson makes abstract paintings that evoke dark interior and exterior spaces. The densely worked paint is used to map out the surface which is developed underneath, with an importance placed upon what is left blank. Areas of painting are often repeated from one work to the next; loose sequences which are intended to ask broader questions about the sustained act of looking.
