Nancy Milner
|
Nancy Milner (b. 1986) studied Fine Art at the University of Reading and is currently completing an MA at the Royal Academy Schools. Milner considers our relationship to the architecture and the built environment through the act of painting. Using a mixture of found images alongside her own photographs, Nancy works to create compositions that unite different modes of space; for example, a domestic interior might merge with a building under construction. As the use of colour and line take over, these source materials become less significant, as the space developing within the painting becomes the consideration.
